WE OFFER FIRST CLASS SHIPPING WITH TRACKING. WE HAVE TWO LOCATIONS, THEREFORE YOUR ORDER MAY BE SPLIT AND MAY ARRIVE IN TWO DIFFERENT PACKAGES. TRACKING FOR BOTH PACKAGES WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU VIA EMAIL AND ARE TRACKABLE VIA USPS.
Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are NOT responsible for lost, held, or delayed packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service that you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
PROCESSING TIME IS 1 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE FOR IN STOCK ITEMS, AND 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR BACK ORDERED, PRE-ORDERED OR ITEMS THAT NEED TO BE CUSTOMIZED OR RE-MADE TO ENSURE QUALITY (DESIGNERS DISCRETION). WE DO NOT SHIP ON SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
ALL ITEMS SHIP USPS FIRST CLASS IF UNDER 15OZ, IF OVER 15 OZ WE STILL USE USPS BUT IT MAY SHIP PRIORITY. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Please Note This Does NOT change the processing time! It just changes how your item will ship after it is processed in the stated time.
We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control. If you would like to insure your package, we recommend that you choose priority at checkout. This will insure your package in the event that it is lost or damaged via USPS.
In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; you are responsible for filing the claim with USPS.
